Can I shop without becoming an Ambassador?

Of course. The Customer profile is for people shopping for themselves. The VIP profile offers exclusive terms with the requirements shown on this page. You don't need to build a network to be a customer.

How is the VIP profile activated?

A first order containing at least one product covered by the activation rule. Il pagamento deve essere confermato e l’ordine deve rispettare le condizioni applicabili. From the month after activation, reach at least 1 PT through your purchases during the month. No minimum amount in euros.

What are PT?

These are points Iyaly uses to check certain requirements and track commercial activity. Actual points depend on products and order terms: your basket and summaries show the applicable points. They are not money.

Do I need experience to become an Ambassador?

You can start without previous direct-selling experience. Knowing the products, listening to people and working consistently are a good starting point. Training and support accompany you; results depend on the activity you carry out.

Do I have to build a network?

No. You can start by presenting products and supporting your customers. Building a network of Ambassadors is an additional option. Compensation depends on eligible sales and Marketing Plan terms, not simply on signing people up.

Is maintenance the same as commission validation?

No. Maintenance concerns your profile; commission validation follows the Marketing Plan and qualification rules. These are separate checks: your account has the information you need to follow both.

Can I buy for my VAT-registered business?

The Business profile is available in eligible countries and requires the applicable tax details and documents. An activation order of at least 180 PT. At least 200,00 € in products per order, after discounts and vouchers and before VAT. Shipping does not count towards the minimum. Products are intended for use or consumption within your business, not for resale.
