Everything useful to know about Iyaly, the Ambassador path, points and commissions. In a simple, direct way, without unrealistic promises.
Iyaly
What is Iyaly?
Iyaly is an Italian company that sells products through e-commerce and a direct selling model. You can shop as a Customer or follow the Ambassador path, in accordance with the contractual terms and the applicable Marketing Plan.
What is the difference between a Customer and an Ambassador?
A Customer buys products for personal use. Once active and subject to the applicable conditions, an Ambassador can also promote products, support direct customers and earn the economic benefits provided for actual sales.
Ambassador
How can I become an Ambassador?
You can start from registration and choose the Ambassador profile. Before joining, carefully review the contractual documents, Company Regulations and the current Marketing Plan: they describe requirements, rights, obligations and calculation methods.
Can I receive a margin from orders placed by my direct customers?
Do I need to build a network to start with direct sales?
No: the margin on eligible direct sales is separate from network commissions. Building an organisation may provide access to additional components of the Marketing Plan, but simply registering or introducing new people does not generate compensation. Economic benefits depend on real product sales and the applicable conditions.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No. There are no guaranteed, automatic or identical earnings for everyone. Results depend on actual sales, the activity performed and compliance with applicable conditions. The Marketing Plan simulator shows hypothetical scenarios only: it is neither a promise nor a forecast of personal earnings. Amounts shown in restricted dashboards, on the other hand, derive from data actually recorded by the system, subject to administrative verification and closing.
Points and commissions
What are PT?
PT are volume units used by the Marketing Plan. Career Points come from products in your own eligible orders; Network Points come from eligible orders in your organisation. They are not money and must not be added to the wallet balance: the wallet records monetary amounts instead. The effect of PT depends on the rank and validation rules for the period concerned.
Where can I see how many Career Points a product or order is worth?
If you have an Ambassador profile, you can see Career Points on the product page before purchase. After the order, sign in and go from the profile icon to Profile > Orders: the list shows the total Career Points for each order. Open the details using the eye icon to see the total and the points assigned to each product, multiplied by quantity. Cancelled orders do not contribute to totals.
Where can I see my Career Points, Network Points and rank?
Sign in, select the profile icon and open Profile. The header shows your current rank, Career Points and Network Points recorded for the current period. “Next step” shows the distance to the next rank calculated from the points in your profile: it is a progress indicator and does not replace monthly validation. In Profile > Network you can also view, for each displayed member, rank, personal points, network points and total points.
Where can I check my personal points for the month?
Go to Profile > Dashboard and view the Commissions panel, selecting the available month. Here you can see personal points calculated on non-cancelled orders for the period. For a month that has already been processed, also go to Profile > Commissions: when the monthly record is available, the summary shows personal points, team points and the rank associated with that calculation. Current profile totals and the record of an already closed month may therefore refer to different periods.
How many personal points are required each month to validate the rank?
The monthly personal threshold depends on rank and on the commission configuration published for the period. The Marketing Plan page shows the current rule applicable to Ambassadors; validation also considers the other applicable conditions, including organisation volumes and any balance rules.
How are network commissions calculated?
Network commissions are calculated on actual recorded and eligible sales, based on PT, the validated rank and the rules of the Marketing Plan. They do not depend solely on registering people and may be adjusted in the event of cancellations, returns, unpaid amounts or administrative checks.
When are commissions paid?
Where can I see the details of calculated commissions?
Sign in and go to Profile > Commissions. Select the year and open the relevant month: the summary shows the recorded total and, when available, the month's rank, personal points and team points. Expand the month to see the source, type and amount of each item. The “Transferred” marker indicates that the item has been credited to the wallet; hovering over the marker shows the transfer date.
Why can Dashboard, Commissions and Wallet show different values?
The three areas represent different stages. Dashboard provides a view of the selected period; Commissions lists the economic items recorded by the monthly calculation; Wallet shows only amounts already credited and the related transactions. Month-end closing, validation, returns, cancellations, unpaid amounts or checks may cause temporary differences between the screens.
Are the amounts shown net?
Unless otherwise stated, economic amounts should be considered gross and may be subject to withholding, taxes, contributions or documentary obligations depending on the individual's position and applicable law. To assess your specific situation, consult a qualified tax adviser.
Account and support
Where can I see the margin from an order placed by one of my direct customers?
The margin from an eligible direct sale is credited to the wallet. After signing in, go from the profile icon to Profile > Wallet and view the Transaction List: each transaction shows description, date and amount. This credit is separate from monthly network commissions and does not change Career Points or Network Points.
Where can I check the status of a payment request?
Go to Profile > Payments. The list shows the document number, reference period, request date, amount and status: pending, paid or rejected. When available, the eye icon opens the self-billing document. This section concerns payment requests; credits for commissions and margins are instead checked in Profile > Wallet.
How can I ask for support?
You can contact Iyaly at +39 02 87165154 or at info@iyaly.com. If you already have an account, you can also access the Support page, where the guided process collects the information needed to handle your request.
Which documents prevail?

For complete and up-to-date conditions, the documents applicable to the relationship prevail: Terms and Conditions, Company Regulations, appointment or contractual agreement and the current Marketing Plan. In case of doubt or discrepancy, ask Support for written confirmation before making commitments.
